The Mind Matters EAP
has two aims:
- To provide a confidential counselling
service to individual or groups of employees distracted
from the effective performance of their duties by a range
of personal concerns, including but not limited to: emotional
stress, relationships, family, alcohol, drugs, financial,
legal or work-related stress, welfare rights, organisational
change and career issues
- To assist the organisation in the identification
and amelioration of workplace stresses which adversely
affect job performance through the provision of consultancy,
training and group support.

Whatever the
size of your organisation, Mind Matters can provide an EAP
tailor made for your needs.
Bespoke solutions are developed after consultation
with clients, but the following services are included as
a minimum with any package, in addition to the standard
telephone/one-to-one counselling support:
- Annual orientations for supervisors and
employees
- Management consultation as needed to
discuss performance concerns
- Help with Critical Incidents in the workplace
- Conflict Management, Crisis Intervention
and Mediation services for organisational groups
